ADCC is a comprehensive diabetes service center which will provide patients the convenience of obtaining complete diabetic, medical and nutritional training from one location, thereby eliminating the need associated with scheduling multiple appointments and obtaining referrals.
The Center will also include a pharmacy and pharmacists that will assist members with their needs. Certified Diabetes Educator / Nutritionists will also be available not only for consultation, but also for lifestyle training including food and meal preparation classes to assist and encourage members to integrate a comprehensive, healthy lifestyle to their overall diabetes care management.
